Eat the highest quality whole organic food you can afford. Eat in a way that honors your body, mind, soul, and the planet. We do not recommend any “diet”. Actually, we do not use the term and encourage you not to use the term. Notice that the word as the word “die” in it. That is so not a good start.
However, we do encourage good nutritious vegetables, fruit, organic meat and other whole unprocessed foods. In our programs, you will use Cognitive Behavioral and hypnotic techniques to change your food beliefs and behaviors.
